Holfeld Plastics 'S' Range      Having been instrumental in the original development of this range HPL have now taken delivery of additional manufacturing capacity to accomodate the market demand for this product. The range is based on industry standards and are 'jig compatible' with existing tooling. HPL's manufacturing process is particularly suited to small and medium batch sizes of bespoke colour or depth design.   Our 'off-line' extrusion process allows for greater flexibility and fast response deliveries. PP produced on our callendarette process has enhanced density and therefore demonstrates vastly superior gas barrier properties at reduced gauges ensure a cost effective and environmentally sound solution to reducing packaging waste volume.   Alternatively, APET variants of the 'S' Range can be offered to further increase shelf-life when used with a CAP or MAP process.       New Container Packaging in 2005/06 - click for details       Le "wok" de Marie Frais était réalise en PP micro-ondable par Holfeld Plastics, son traitment noir mat grainé evoque la fonte traditionnelle.  Le plat est ainsi présenté dans un plateau assiette de forme ovale qui apporte authenticité, facilité d'utilisation, visibilité et différenciation.       Stylish & Innovative Plastic Packaging for the Cosmetic Industry     New Containers  Due to demand from our customers we have recently extended our range of Deli & Salad bar containers to include some new additional shapes and sizes.   Total PET Solution for modified atmosphere packaging     Easy Steam Microwaveable Bowls Holfeld Plastics have recently developed a microwaveable bowl at the request of Bighams Ltd for their superb Microwave Steamers range of hand prepared fresh meals, which contain no additives or preservatives. The bowl coupled with easy steam lidding film from International TREX (Scotland) Limited enables the products to be steam cooked within a microwave in a few minutes. Easy steam film is a perforated seal layer laminated to a carrier layer specially treated to allow gases, which arise during cooking to escape through the seals of the pack.
